Super Smoothie
Ingredients
1 banana, frozen, sliced -
1/2 Melon
1 pitted fresh date, chopped
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cups milk (cow’s or soy) or greek yogurt and water
75g silverbeet leaves
Directions
Blend the banana, date, chia and milk in a blender until well combined. Add the spinach or kale and blend until smooth. Add water if needed.
