Super Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen, sliced -

  • 1/2 Melon

  • 1 pitted fresh date, chopped

  • 1 cups milk (cow’s or soy) or greek yogurt and water

  • 75g silverbeet leaves

Directions

  1. Blend the banana, date, chia and milk in a blender until well combined. Add the spinach or kale and blend until smooth. Add water if needed.
