Ginger Pineapple Smoothie
Ginger contains Gingerol, a substance with powerful medicinal properties. It also heals stomach aches, is an anti-inflammatory, reduces muscle pains and soreness, lowers blood sugars and is great for the heart. If your needing a refreshing pick-me-up, here's a great go-to smoothy recipe.
Ingredients
- Ginger
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 cup banana
- cup of water
- 1/2 cup of Ice (add to suite)
The fruit can be fresh or frozen. You can also choose to add some greek yogurt and/or protein powder if its more of a meal.
Blend together and enjoy.
