Carrot & Sweet Potato Mash (side)
Ingredients
500g carrots, chopped
500g sweet potatoes, chopped
3 garlic cloves, bashed or chopped finely
1 tsp cumin
25g butter
Method
Put the carrots, sweet potatoes and garlic in a large pot of salted water, bring to the boil, then cook for 12 mins or until soft. Drain water. Add cumin seeds, butter and seasoning, roughly mash, then serve.
