If you have a group of friends or colleagues that would like to start a class together, we can tailor a periodized program to achieve the goals of your group. From aerobic fitness, strength, family or work challenge, health and well being, team building to specific sport training. Our trainers can take your group on a fun and challenging fitness journey.

Strength & Resistance
Monday - 5:20am & 9:20 am
Tuesday and Thursday 6pm
Saturday - 7am & 8 am
At LIFT, we believe that strength training is the ability to Squat, Hinge, Lunge, Push, Pull, Twist and Carry heavy loads over a few repetitions. Our trainers coach each client on all of these movements and make modifications for every body type, mobility problem or injury. This class has a maximum of 8 people and also includes some hypertrophy training (metabolic stress to the muscle cell - higher reps) towards the end of the session.
Anaerobic Intervals
Wednesday - 5:20am & 9:20 am
Tabata is a training protocol, designed by Japanese researcher Dr. Izumi Tabata, resulting in an increase to an athlete's
anaerobic threshold. It is comprised of a very high intense 20 seconds of training followed by a 10 second rest and going for 8 rounds. We stick to the science here by choosing only big full body intense movements to achieve the result. We mix up the exercises and occasionally the timing but don't be fooled, this is an extremely hard session.
Cardio
Friday - 5:20am & 9:20 am
Our Cardio class consists of moderately intense aerobic intervals ranging from 2-8 mins of work with short rest periods.
Our weekly program is changing all of the time, not just to add variety, but to ensure no LIFT member becomes efficient in the oxygen system creating increased cardio output. From Rowing to Sled Work and Loaded Carries to Barbell Thrusters, the cardio class is a challenging workout for your heart and lungs.
